Posted - 15 November 2008 : 17:12:53 I have just been discharged from my bankruptcy! I had my worries that I might end up with a BRO for various possible reasons but did not. In my case it has taken just over 9 months to be discharged. Good luck to everyone else. |

Posted - 31 December 2008 : 12:18:06 I was at Court and declared BR on July 1st and recieved a copy of the early discharge on the 27th November.
What a lovely feeling, to be free and have some of my benefits in my bank account nstead of being lost to the bank. I am planning to stay with the Co-op bank cashminder account, I lke the way I cannot get credit and save until I have enough to buy something. Already getting bombarded with offers of credit cards loans etc which all go into the circular file named BIN.
Just want to say thanks for all the help, advice and encouragement I recieved from this forum.
If anyone reading this is facing that unsurity of whether to take the BR Route, I would recommend it, although I know we all have different circumstances, but rest assured the help you recieve from here is sound
happy new year to all |
