Many bank nowadays experiencing a bankruptcy which means they are struggling of paying there arrears. If the bank could not really pay for it,the liquidation process would be happen. But one way to solve this problem is borrow money or ask advise to the Bangko Sentral. Or collaboration with another bank to start again. Yes! you can start again for a new bank but try to settle your account so there will be no problem.

Posted - 30 April 2008 : 09:46:29 A bankruptcy order may only be granted if you can show that you are struggling to pay your IVA or are actually in arrears? Is this the case or have you just got fed up of living to a budget which is too harsh?

Posted - 29 April 2008 : 23:03:51 hi pauline,
You can go bankrupt for any amount over £750 to any one creditor, and having no assets does not matter. i too only have a car, nothing fancy! and i am saving up the fee for bankruptcy.
hope that helps, no doubt an expert will confirm above very soon.
take care good luck |
