Posted - 10 March 2010 : 13:55:53 For the statement of affairs form 6.28 in sections 6.6 and 7.1 how is 'monthly income' and 'monthly expenditure' calculated?
I receive incapacity benefit of £105.45 a week. So for a monthly figure is that £105.40 x 52 weeks = £5483.40. Then divide by 12 months = £456.95
Is that the correct way to derive monthly income. And that same method for rent which i pay weekely?
