Posted - 08 July 2008 : 08:40:43 i am currently on a low wage (even lower now that i am on maternity leave) would i be entitled to the court fee discount? i receive no benefits until my baby is born which is still 2 weeks away (possibly longer if hes late!)

Indeed, you only qualify for the £150 discount if you are on a particular benefits such as income support.

Posted - 08 July 2008 : 08:42:20 I do not think that the Court Fee discount applies to people on SMP - but a quick call to the Court would confirm this. You would definately get the discount if you are on Income Support.
