Posted - 12 July 2008 : 11:49:11 hello all, in section 3.6 of the SOA it says about a 'payment to creditor to ease insolvency' i put no originally as i thought it meant preferential payment but looking at it again does it mean IVA DMP ect. also in the list of secured creditors we have put mortgages and property address but it says what of yours is claimed? does this mean value of house and put 50% as is joint. if so how do i calculate the next A - B column. Lastly i don't know how to go about getting the address of the tax office, its not on our payslips? thanks for any help. |
