hello all, in section 3.6 of the SOA it says about a 'payment to creditor to ease insolvency' i put no originally as i thought it meant preferential payment but looking at it again does it mean IVA DMP ect. also in the list of secured creditors we have put mortgages and property address but it says what of yours is claimed? does this mean value of house and put 50% as is joint. if so how do i calculate the next A - B column. Lastly i don't know how to go about getting the address of the tax office, its not on our payslips? thanks for any help.

You can get the address of your tax office from your last P60 or directly from your payroll departments.

For an informal chat about any financial difficulties, or advice as to the options available, I can be contacted via my website - www.melaniegiles.com

Hi Dan,
can you post the link on how to do it online please? I've looked for it twice but can only find forms to download and print off.

You can read my blog here;
