Posted - 13 July 2008 : 09:34:06 Hi ruby4 welcome to the forum. Yes you can declare yourself BR but have you looked at over options like DMP. If you decide to go BR you will be able to download the forms at http://www.insolvency.gov.uk/ if you look at the toolbar it says forms or you can get them from the court.
