Anyone know the official line on this?
How long do the details of someones IVA remain recorded on the Insolvency Service Public Register after they have gone bankrupt?
Thanks.

Posted - 13 July 2008 : 21:06:08 Hi
you will have seen several posts recently on the correct procedure to follow if declaring Br from an IVA.
If you petition yourself then you will have both your IVA AND br on the insolvency website until the IVA Closure procedure is undertaken by the insolvency service / IP
I had thought you were taling about after Br - sorry

Sorry, I may not have set out the question as clear as I should have done.
Paul, are you saying that if someone goes bankrupt from an IVA then details of BOTH the new bankruptcy & the old IVA will remain until 90 days after discharge.
