hi, could anyone answer me please. i had a letter from my trustee 3 wks ago asking to fill out who earns what, well i done this and sent it back return of post and as of yet i have heard nothing back from him. i went BR 17th april had a phone interview on same day, got a letter from OR a couple of wks later stating she didnt see the need to interview me further and would be in touch if she needed anything, next thing i knew was i had been forwarded to a trustee (had 10k from house sale in a/c) but i am getting worried that i have not heard anymore from him. thank you |

Hi ABR,
It is likely the Trustee will go through everything in detail, and I'm sure they'll be in touch quick enough if they have any more questions.

thanks for your replies, wont they want to go through my SOA again or will they just take the OR word for everything that i said to her, sorry for all the stupid questions but its really playing on mind and i cant relax just yet

I don't think you will hear a peep until it comes for them to call a meeting of creditors, and then you will just receive a letter with a notice attached.

thanks for your speedy reply suzanne, i have not really got any income as on IP, i have already sold the house and moved out back in jan i had 10k left over and put it in an a/c which i told the OR about and she took it (shame as i liked looking at it in my a/c lol) that was my only asset. so do you think i wont get a call from him then, as im on tenter hooks every time the phone rings and the post comes. thanks |

Did you have any surplus income showing? If not then you probably won't hear much more from the Trustee until they come to deal with the property. They can't start possession proceedings before the 12 month anniversary of your bankruptcy, so unless you have a 3rd party to buy out your beneficial interest you probably won't hear from them until then.
