i have just had a phonecall from my phone company saying i owe them money, ive just realised i made a mistake, i didnt put my phone down on my soa, i completely forgot as i dont get paper bills through the post and have had so much going on getting the soa ready etc, am i in trouble??? i will ring my OR's office tomorrow and inform them
is this the right thing to do?
any help much appreciated

Posted - 15 July 2008 : 08:43:47 This is not a problem at all. Just give the examiner a ring and explain you forgot to include the account, and then they will include it and write to the creditor to advise them formally of the bankruptcy.

Exactly the same happened to me with the mobile phone company.I was on '3' and there call centre dont understand what the word Bankrupt means! I phoned the OR and he said it was fine to include the creditor at this later stage. I put it in writing and would suggest the same.Just so you have proof you sent it.Ironicaly the phone company received notification of my BR before other creditors I'd had in my SOA to start with!
