Hi all

We are finishing our SOA prior to filing for BR next week.

Can anyone tell me whether we need to list things like Council Tax, Water Rates, Gas, Electricity and telephone in our creditors list. We haven't missed any payments but will be required to pay these while we live in the house until it is repossessed.

If we do list them do we then need to make arrangements with the suppliers to pay them while we are waiting for repossession?

Thanks

If you have no debt owing to them, then you don't need to list them, but while you remain in the house continue to pay as usual.

What you then need to do is contact them all with the meter readings on the day you leave, and inform them that no one is living in the property as it is being repossessed.
