thanks for all your help it helped me loads now have finished the forma and have made that call i have my date on the 29th only problem is now i have had to get all the b/r money together it has left me with nothing . should i use the overdraft as i have put it on the form or leave it allone because i have nothing left apart from that

I would try to get your salary paid into another account. If not don't worry about using the money as long as you don't make matters worse it should be fine.

Hi Suzanne,

Sorry to butt in, but I just want to ask you something about the above message you left if that's ok.

We have not yet filled in our SOA. At the moment our overdraft is £250 over its limit. I will be paid soon but will need to use all the money I get paid to live off so the overdraft will be back to the same level it is now soon after I get paid. Is this a problem as there is no other way to do it or is this ok as we have not yet declared anything on our SOA?

Try not to use the overdraft, as you know you will not be paying it back. I do understand that you may need to take the odd bit of money to feed yourself until you get paid, but taking any further credit at this point should be done with extreme caution.
