Good news that you have the interest frozen.
I also note from that earlier post of yours that the current DMP will be paid within 10 years. If that is your preference then 10 years, compared to many,is not overly long if you consider that you would have paid your debts in full by the end.

So you have had expert advice regarding IVA and you have already explored the prospect and actually started a DMP. I think everyone looking at debt problems should explore every avenue, with an expert, or it's difficult to determine what's best.

Forum's are a great source of information and a source of comfort for many. I would still talk directly to a Bankruptcy expert even though you are in a DMP. A chat costs the price of a phone call and, at the very least, would give you the peace of mind that you have chosen the correct route for you.

There are a few of experts in BR on this website, you could contact one or two of them through their respective web site links.

Assisting where I can.

yes

I am still in a dmp and luckily enough all my creditors have frozen my interest and charges and i have had no letters or phonecalls so I am hoping too carry on with this with the ope that none of them will file for bankrupcy as they all seem willing to try and help.

Have you spoken directly to a Bankruptcy Specialist?

I note from a previous post in June that you were already in a DMP, is that still the case?
