hi my husband is considering bankrupsy and wanted to know if they take the house into consideration. we have only had the house for 2 years and have no equity on the house. how will this stand.

Hi ceri and welcome to the forum.
If the house is in joint names, only your husband is considering bankruptcy and there is no equity in the property then the OR will almost certainly make an offer to you to purchase your husband's beneficial interest. If the equity is zero or a minus figure then the offer cost to you would be £1 + £211 legal fees.
