Posted - 25 July 2008 : 15:13:06 I have a habit of making innapropriate jokes when I am nervous. I just spoke to the OR about what to do with all the spoare cash I have received on my nil tax code as we dont have an IPA set up.
He said hold onto it until a trustee is appointed and the IPA set up.
I jokingly said, no problem...I'll put it under the mattress.
Now I am worried he may wonder what else is under my mattress
...the answer to which is of course bedmites

Posted - 06 August 2008 : 23:15:30 Oh this made me laugh!!!! I have the same 'knack' at cracking lines at the worst of times....when I first spoke to my landlord I asked if he minded having pets, no he said...."well what about kids??".....silence!!! He still let to us so all was not lost...
