Posted - 26 July 2008 : 08:13:52 hi i have been informed that i shall have to delay the submission of my br forms untill afetr the creditors meeting of my company, can i call the court monday and try for an appointment the day after creditors meeting or will i have to wait untill after te creditors meeting which is 3.5 weeks off

The ip said i had to be a director on the creditors meeting and if i declare myself bankrupt before that date i shall have to resign as a director problem now is bibbys is a credtor and they have already been in touch about their guarantee my papers are ready for submission and i have already put dd's in my wife's name so it is just a waiting game as i have 15 pg's and 9 personal creditors but i do not have any personal income untill i start a new job in september.
