Posted - 28 July 2008 : 14:04:41 hi, we are in the process of printing of our forms online and need to write shortfall in section 4 of unsecured creditors and it wont allow you to do this as only excepts numbers. Would it be ok to put in a figure and alter it with pen after we have printed them its just that it says you cant alter anything and we dont know what our shortfall is going to be . thanks

Posted - 28 July 2008 : 19:10:00 In the amount owing it's ok to put the full amount or "0" provide that in the column furthest to the right headed "what was the debt for" you enter the word "shortfall".

When we submitted our forms online last week we also entered the full amount owing on our mortgage and secured loan as the shortfall. This wasn't questioned by the judge at all.

Posted - 28 July 2008 : 14:44:14 Hi there I have the same problem, all i have done is write in the full amount as in my mortgage bal for my mortgage shortfall and also my car loan as i could not do it. I dont know how else to go around it just write on the additonal piece that this is what you have done and so the OR will be aware of the sitution then. take care Jo
