Where do I download the bankrupcy forms from? Do I have to pay all the fees upfront? Will aged council tax be wiped or will i still owe it? Thanks

Hi

You have to pay the petition and court fee in cash on the day of your hearing. Old council tax will be included in the bankrtuptcy.

Morning,
The forms can be filled in online at

https://www.insolvencydirect.gov.uk/isolv/

As for the council tax not sure, is it an old bill that you have had the demand for this bil for?

The other members and of course our experts on here can help with that one.

Hope I was some help
