Posted - 30 July 2008 : 09:39:36 My IP from my IVA has sent me a report and notice of termination. Is this all the courts will want to see (apart from the bankruptcy forms and payment!).

Posted - 03 August 2008 : 11:17:16 Hi the notice and the certificate are 2 different documents. The certificate will be issued once your IP has been authorised by the creditors. However, check with the particular court that holds jurisdiction for you in bankruptcy. Phone and ask them if the notification letter would suffice. Some courts have their own policy where these things are concerned.

Posted - 01 August 2008 : 09:46:23 Ive checked this document, its a Notice of Termination. This is attached to a report. The notice states that I have requested the IVA be terminated as of 9th June 2008. Is this ok?

PS. I'm one of those that likes to be 100% sure.

Posted - 30 July 2008 : 09:58:20 Hi Maize, the courts will want to see the actual termination letter, actually stating that the IVA has been terminated.
