filling out the SofA this morning and I am aware that my husband and I gambled recreational, this all stopped 7 months ago when we realized the state of our affairs. However i have gone through the statements and to my horror the losses over the 2 years required to put in total approx £25K.... My question is, my husband and I do not know how to put this on our forms as our bank account was joint and we are not sure who was responsible for what percentage. Do i put on the individual forms a 'rough guess split', or do i put the full amount on each form (looks horrific when full amount) thanks.

As you both see the same examiner and therefore it will be simple to explain at your respective hearings, split the £25K as accurately as possible.
So if you were to agree on 50/50 then enter £12.5K on each form and write "estimate" next to each.
You could explain the detail later.

Assisting where I can.
