Hi all well today is the day, in just over 3 hours we are due at court and then its up to the judge. :(
I know we are insolvent, im just dreading it. There have been so many kind words on here for me i just hope that my fears are put to rest and that later today i can add to this and say that we are now BANKRUPT and debt free.
I know we will get an IPA and i also believe we will get a BRU but if it means i get my life back i dont mind.
Anyhow all when i get back i will let you all know how i get on.

Hi Vacs
I am still waiting to hear if we will get a BRU Bankruptcy Restriction Undertaking or an IPA as our interview is on Tues.
DOnt worry.
Try asking one of the experts by starting a new post.
I will update this once i know, after the initial call to the OR does not seem like we will get the BRU i just got myself in that Just incase mode.

Hi just wondered how you have got on have you heard anything yet.How do you know you will get an IPA AND A BRU anyway? and what for? Just that I am concerned I will get one and wanted to know your circumstances if they are simelar to mine. Also any chance you could explain what an IPA BRO BRU are and what do you have to do to get one. Really not sure weather to go BR or not scared of implications. |

Hi and Well done! I know its a massive thing in a persons life to go through this, as we have done it ourselves on the 21st of July but its nearly all over now and you can look forward to a debt free future :)

Well as of 09.50am at Yeovil County Court we are offically BANKRUPT.
Thank you to all those who have helped me, just have to wait for the pack and then the call.
That was not so bad, did not see the judge, only waited 25 mins for the OR to make the initial call. All done in 1hr 50mins.
So all I am waiting to hear about now is what happens with the IPA and any thing else they might need or ask for.
Thank you ever so much for all the help and advice you have given me.
