Just finished off statement of affairs and this has just dawned on me. We are hoping to stay in the house but if OR forces a sale then we will move. Do I put the mortgage down in the unsecured section as well just in case there is a shortfall in the sale or will it automatically get captured within the BR???
Also with just a few days to go we have not done the petition form (6.27) It looks as though this is done at the court itself, am i correct or should i attempt to fill these in, are these also in triplicate???

OK. already submitted the forms online but when printed off 3 copies i have added it in section 13. will ask the OR if that will be covered.

Hello,

Yes. Put down that there might be a mortgage shortfall if and when the house is sold during BR. In any event, you should be covered for any mortgage shortfall debt because the loan it comes from was taken out before the BR date. That is how it is with me.
