Posted - 25 August 2008 : 15:23:52 Hi!I am a British citizen.my OH is non UK resident(asian),he's got permanent resident visa,resident in UK since 2004,can he still apply for bankruptcy in the local court with me or does he have to go on court for foreign nationals? hope to hear from all of you.Many thanks!

As a foreign national, he should really go to the High Court.
