The company that made my ex wife bankrupt has shown me a letter to of his costs to date.
£1275 solicitors costs £605 Disbursements £157 Process server’s fees £80 Agency fees
She owed him about £4000 so he is now out of pocket by £6117
What will he be able to claim back? Ok I understand that the 4k will be treated separately and he will get a pro rata share of the money released from my ex equity. But what will be refunded of the other £2117
Thank you again for any advice given this site has been a great help. Not sure what I would have done with out it.

Posted - 08 March 2009 : 16:07:31 I thought it cost a lot more to make someone BR - I can't remember the exact figure but I know it's a lot more than if you make yourself BR.

I am sure one of the experts will be along to give advice soon.
