Bankruptcy costs refunded?

The company that made my ex wife bankrupt has shown me a letter to of his costs to date.

£1275 solicitors costs
£605 Disbursements
£157 Process server’s fees
£80 Agency fees

She owed him about £4000 so he is now out of pocket by £6117

What will he be able to claim back? Ok I understand that the 4k will be treated separately and he will get a pro rata share of the money released from my ex equity. But what will be refunded of the other £2117

Thank you again for any advice given this site has been a great help. Not sure what I would have done with out it.

If there is money to be distributed to creditors, the petiioning creditors will get his costs back first before a general disbursment

I think you'll find this is a spam posting which will hopefully be removed, or the link at any rate.

Buckle your seat belt Dorothy, 'cos Kansas is going bye bye.

I thought it cost a lot more to make someone BR - I can't remember the exact figure but I know it's a lot more than if you make yourself BR.

Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.

Do they not get the court fees back? I think about £415

If he has made her bankrupt, then surely he has to pay the charges himself.

I am sure one of the experts will be along to give advice soon.

The glimmer gets brighter all the time
