Posted - 12 June 2009 : 14:58:33 Its done! Officially declared BR @ 10.33am this morning. Have got t/phone interview with OR 24th June. Only daunting prospect was being told by judge this morning that we WILL lose our home. Dont know if he was painting worst case scenario or not. All previous info was regarding buying back beneficial interest as house is 14K in negative equity. No point stressing about it for time being, just have to wait until 24th now. Thanks to all of you for msgs of support so far!

You may find that your house is ok if it is negative equity - perhaps the judge didn't realise that.
