Has anyone filed for bankruptcy in the Royal Courts of Justice, London recently. If so, how long did it take until you had the OR interview?

Posted - 04 August 2008 : 16:39:12 Hi there one big advantage of the RCofJ having jurisdiction over your bankruptcy is the court appearance to submit the petition and the OR meeting are the same day, the OR's offices are but a 5 minute walk from the Court. The court clerk will give you advice and directions on the day.
