be domiciled in England and Wales be personally present in England and Wales on the day in which the peition is presented be at any time in the period of 3 years; be ordinarily resident or have a place of residence in England and Wales or have carried on business in England and Wales.
All other processes are exactly the same as anyone else petitioning for bankruptcy
