Posted - 05 August 2008 : 12:01:50 I am due in court on Monday for my BR. What am I supposed to wear, daft question I know but don't want to make the wrong impression.
Also I am in process of completing SOA (3 TIMES!), I was previously self employed (sole trader) as well as employed, what do I put for question 1.17
"Are you or in the last 5 years have you been a director or involved in the management of a company."
Do I tick yes or no, as I was only a sole trader not a LTD company or as grand as that!, I understand I have to complete the next section about the business details.
By the way, the advice on here is great and a godsend!

I would go for smart casual, as you may not get before the judge but deal with the court clerks.
If you have been a sole trader you have not been a director or been involved in the management of a company. You can tick no.
