Hi me again.
I did ask before about this and wondered if someone could reclarify this for me.
My mum is going to give me her £600 runaround when we have been discharged from our bankruptcy next year.
I think we may get a bru due to how we got ourselves in this mess and wondered if we get the normal discharge after the year, then some restrtiction are in place till end of BRU like no credit for over 500 must tell others about BRU etc etc.
I really need to know when my mum can give me her car to take over for ins and also DVLA purposes.
I dont want to take it on too early as we have the one car, OH worth about 1200 and i only use mums occasionally and she has said that i could have it when the discharge has been done as she is the owner and wants me to have a vehicle to use when hubby not about.
Plus we may have to move area and it will help me to get about.

I dont want to lose my no claims bonus, how can i get round this.
I could insure hubbies car him 1 year me the next but that may mean changing docs all the time, any ideas my ins co has said i wont lose my entitlement until june 2011
Oh and if we do get a BRU what cindtions am i subject too and when would i be discharged. For example they give me 2 1/2 years BRU will i not be discharged as normal, it will be in the 2 1/2 years.

I would wait until the BRU has lasped as I know that any windfalls etc prior to this vest in the OR, and it may be better to be safe than sorry.
