I know!
The rent hasn't gone up in 2 years although I'm a bit worried they might increase it soon due to increase in gas / electric prices. |

rent includes water rates, c.tax, electric, gas etc. I don't have contents insurance as there's nothing worth insuring!
Will add contingency. |

It looks okay, but if it were me then I would add like some contingency money, say £20 pm. What about water rates and insurance, do you have any of these or council tax? The reason I say this is because they may cut the housekeeping and then this would then cause you to have an IPA on what is already a rather tight budget/income.
