Posted - 10 August 2008 : 21:55:22 i owe 11 grand debt to serveral creidtors i need my vechile to get to work to earn money the vaule is appox 1000 can you tell me any advice of avioding insolvency i have been to my bank about this and they passed me on to a debt management company and they said i', best to go bankrupt i havent got enough money to pay the fee's for bankrupty and if i was to go through with this would i loose my car

Posted - 10 August 2008 : 22:00:31 Hi you won't lose the car but the fees do have to be paid. There have been other posts on the forum stating the same but I'm afraid, to my knowledge, nobody has come up with a surefire remedy.
