Posted - 13 August 2008 : 09:12:39 I am just about to print out my online forms but there doesn't appear to be a Section 13 - Extra Information. Do I do this by hand instead?
Also off to court on Friday, I have got my bankruptcy forms, my payment, letter to the judge because I am wanting my details not to be published for certain reasons. Anything else I need to take? I am assuming all my bank statements etc. will be required by the OR after my court date?

I have used that Section to put down any details that I feel are necessary... i.e. explaining some of my answers.
I am assuming that I just sign and date the statement of affairs and the debtors petition but don't sign the affidavit until the day.. is that correct?

Posted - 13 August 2008 : 10:18:35 When i printed out the form, section 13 came out as blank pages and i filled them out by hand. OR will request info after BR hearing.
