Hi my OH has a car which we put down as 1200 on the SOA and did a value on line for 1100.
Is this too high to keep as our OR was not sure if we could and mentioned the BI in the car?
We tried to tell her we need for work, shopping, its our only car, our eldest is in and out of hospital and he has a disability not physical mental and she did not say one way or the other.
Any ideas, it was the OR that seemed very new and very vague.

Hi jo
I misunderstood your 1st post re the overdraft.
When you said it went up again I thought you meant you had increased it.
Reading your last post and the previous I can see that's not what you meant at all, sorry.

You only removed your income which took the overdraft to the usual point.
That wouldn't be a problem.

When you say normal level of use, we normally had the overdraft at about 450 per month all the time. It went down for 24 hours when wages went in then when all debts were paid went back to the same level per month.
This is how we used it, as normal living per month.
Is this ok do you think

Hi jo
it's possible this may contribute to the decision re a BRU if you increased the normal level of use of the overdraft facility the day before BR.
It may have been an agreed overdraft but that's the same as an agreed card limit and if you use the card the day before BR, with the BR appointment already set the OR has to look at that.

Thanks John
I dont know how long it will be before we hear about the car etc. Also just wondering we had to take out all our monies for the bills and court fees when we went BK and so the overdraft went up again although most months it was at the same 455OD.
I did write on the additional piece on the SOA that this is what we did with the money that month. She did not ask us and it was an agreed overdraft, do you think we will def get a BRU now as this would have increased our debts with at the time 31st July court on the 4th Aug no ability to pay it back.

Hi jo
as soon as I began to read your post my thoughts turned to your comments regarding the examiner in a previous post. I'm sure she must have started the new job that morning, bless her!!

The car is safe Jo, you clearly need it.
