Posted - 19 August 2008 : 14:06:48 Thanks for all the advice so far, its such a help to be able to come here and read all the info, i've learned so much in the last couple of weeks! ;)
Just need a little help with my forms if possible :
Is my wife classed as dependant? I only ask because she works part-time and we need my wages to pay for most bills etc.
Also i'm not sure what to put for the life insurance part. I have life ASSURANCE not INSURANCE, so it has no monetary value unless I die or become critically ill/unemployed. I don't get a thing back from it at the end. Do I need to declare this?
Thanks again folks, its good not to feel alone in this

Posted - 19 August 2008 : 17:22:20 I tried listing the policy but as it has no monetary value, it won't let me list it. I'm sure I read someone else has this problem. Any ideas folks?

Posted - 19 August 2008 : 16:57:31 I live with my partner and I listed him as an occupant of the houes but not a dependant.
Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.

Posted - 19 August 2008 : 16:48:07 Thanks for that John, I have listed her as an occupant, but is she dependant? Sounds like a stupid thing to say, but I don't give her any money, just pay more into the house than she does.
Thanks again |

Posted - 19 August 2008 : 14:52:24 Hi yes you should list your wife in section 10 as she is an occupant of the household. You should list ALL occupants and indicate which, if any, are dependants.
You should also list the details of your life policy even though it has no monetary value.
