Posted - 19 August 2008 : 15:21:28 mine too was passed over after about 3 months. I dont have any assets, but they way I understand it, is that once the OR has finished digging into your affairs, they seem to pass the case onto the RTLU for monitoring of IPA payments etc.
It seems to mean that your case is moving on nicely. |

Posted - 19 August 2008 : 15:06:40 I think so. I was told that cases are usually passed to the RTLU when assets are involved, or when the OR is over worked. I'm not sure how true that is but my case was passed over and I didn't have assets.
