Posted - 20 August 2008 : 05:44:06 i was declared bankrupt from the court but my OR is saying I will have to make monthly payments but the court did not say anything about me having to mdo this

Posted - 20 August 2008 : 07:59:31 Hi it is not the Courts decision as to whether you should make monthly payments. The court merely declares you bankrupt.
From the information submitted in your SoA, the OR will decide if, and how much, you have to pay per month. In most cases for 3 years.
