hi there,

i've seen the co-op's cashminder bank account mentioned a few times on the forum but my problem is that is who my business bank account is with and if i go under then i will owe them £5000, so what are my alternatives as i doubt very much the co-op will won't to deal with me again?

thanks,
andy

Hi andy
again it differs from bank to bank but bearing in mind what, or rather who, cash accounts are for you might try opening one in advance of BR, explain your intentions and that you do not intend to use it until after the OR interview.

also, is it worth prior to going BR to have a cash bank account open but unused or would it get frozen straight away?

Or when in terms of timing is better to open one between the court date and the OR's meeting?

any advice would be helpful

regards,
Andy
