Posted - 26 August 2008 : 13:23:44 I am just getting together my statements etc. to send to the OR today... do I send copies or the originals?
Also they are requesting loan agreements and credit card statements, Ive been in an IVA for over a year so don't have these (think I destroyed them)... will the OR be OK about this?

Posted - 26 August 2008 : 13:28:18 Hi Maizie Just send what you have, I sent a mix of online printed statements and some originals as i dont tend to keep them. All done online. I had some agreements so sent those off and copied them for my own file. If they dont have it they can get it. Send off what you can and dont panic, just tell them. JO
