Posted - 19 November 2008 : 13:18:38 it looks like i will be getting a CCJ in the next few days, the issue that lead to this was in the Summer, long before BR was declared, i have tried explaining this to the court in question, should i tell the OR, i didnt expect this so i didnt tell the OR pre-bankruptcy, any ideas what will happen. thanks andrew |

I would def call your OR and inform them. As i have said though let us know what happens.
Fingers crossed and all that :-)

Posted - 19 November 2008 : 13:26:08 Hi Andrew
I would mention it to the OR and see what they have to say, you may be lucky in that they might not be able to completely apply this to you know as your BR.
Anything is worth a try. Let us know how it all goes.
Take care
