the people representing the OR, ie the guys who will be collecting my payments after my nil tax code is applied have asked for future wage slips, till April i imagine, this is in order for them to work out how much tax i have to pay back even though the OR has stated its 188 quid, there is every chance i will be getting laid off in on Jan 31st, what should i do? just pay the 188 till april or tell them my situation?

Hi Andrew

So you have spoken to them and they have assured you as i have that they only require your slips until the code has been applied, is that right.

Just checking i read your reply correctly and thanks you have a great christmas too.

Roll on 2009 its gonna be so much better for us all;-)

Hi Andrew

As soon as you know what is going on with your job then you need to tell the OR as they would need to stop the NT code IPA if your not working, you cant pay it if your not tech paying any tax.

Also the wage slips i think it will only be until you have the new code in place that you have to send of your wage slips.

Take care

Jo
