Posted - 15 January 2010 : 16:04:23 I have debts in the region of £6000 to multiple creditors. I am not currently employed, as I am a full-time mother. I own no property, but privately rent, with which I recieve help through Local Housing Allowance. My only income is £80 per month child benefit. One of my debts is for a payment plan for a television bought while I was living with my ex-partner. I no longer have the television, and cannot meet the payments on it. Due to failed payments, my credit rating is very very poor. Is bankruptcy an option for me?
