Posted - 18 January 2010 : 13:24:47 we need to apply for bankruptcy for someone who has been in & out of hospital for 2 years under Section 3 of the Mental Health Act. Now they cannot leave the hosiptal for safety reasons. We have a POA to run thier affairs. Please advise how to proceed.

I am not certain of the exact procedure.
I know that Paul @ Reviva (one of the experts to the left) has helped many people with power of attorneys for overseas bankruptcy
I would have thought the procedure is similar. Give him a call and gain guidance
