Posted - 22 January 2010 : 06:44:15 Have a look at a Debt Relief Order (DRO) as you may qualify if you are on a low income. It only costs £90 rather than the £510 for BR.
Posted - 21 January 2010 : 21:39:15 have you looked into a DRO instead of BR for DRO less than £15000 debt, less than £50 DI and no assets
if on certain benefits (not sure about income alone) you can avoid paying £150 of the £510 court fees
