Posted - 24 January 2010 : 23:17:41 Hi my income dropped in sept09 I contacted my OR after a month i did not hear anything, so i rang them, she told me that the payments would be suspended for 3 months whilst they reviewed the new information I had given them. My payments were on standing order so i stopped the standing order on the OR's say so. Its now nearly the end of January and I still havent heard anything from the OR, payments only stopped in December so i have Jan and Feb to go, but will i contact the solicitors i pay the money to, just to explain the situation, also should i chase the OR and see if they have made a decision.

Posted - 25 January 2010 : 06:50:28 Are these the IPA payments? If so, you only need to contact the OR/MoonBeever if your income changes. As your payments have been suspended it will mean that you don't have more than £99 DI so you won't need to make any payments until your income increases.
