Posted - 27 January 2010 : 12:05:18 You will need to apply to the court that declared your BR for a certificate and, I believe, it costs £60.

Yes you would have been automatically discharged on the first anniversary of you petitioning for your bankruptcy. A certificate of satisfaction is not normally rpoduced and you would have to pay for this. Speak to the Official Receiver and he will be able to arrange such a certificate.
