Posted - 27 January 2010 : 14:04:28 Hi, We have our court date on Friday. I have just printed of the petiton and soa after completing online and have noticed a typo. In section d) on the debtors petition I have mispelt the name of our town will this matter?

depends on your own standards
either reprint
or one line through wrong word (so that it can still be read) and then write correct word, then initial the correction.
Would advise against thick block of correction fluid
