Hi and welcome to the forum,

Are you talking about Bankruptcy?

DLA is not a meanstested benefit.

However, if you have other income and that includes meanstested benefits/pensions they will take that as income.

As has already been said, to give better advice, more detail is required, Richard

no, but they can take earned income if you have any of that.

we would have to look at the whole situation to give better advice than that
