Hi

Follow Pauls advice TODAY as the clock will have already started ticking if you have received the statutory demand. You only have 18 days to respond with a 21 day timeframe.

Do not delay any further and good luck, Richard

I would really suggest speaking to an expert today.

depending upon who the statutory demand os from will identify how real the possibility is.

It is not difficult to postpone a Br hearing but to get a resolution you need to act quickly.

18 days from the issuing of a Statutory demand to file a defence, and after 21 days the creditor can petition for br

Have you had a date for a bankruptcy hearing?

If you are having problems with paying your debts, then you could consider going for an IVA or a DMP.

Buckle your seat belt Dorothy, 'cos Kansas is going bye bye.

by paying the debt, if you legally owe the amount and the debt is not statute barred, and you are not paying it then you cannot stop the bankruptcy.

having said that, many companies threaten but do not go through with a bankruptcy, what are the circumstances in your case
