The guidelines are available in the following spreadsheet - www.insolvency.gov.uk/DocumentLibrary/Policy%2FExcel%2F/Household%20Expenditur.xls

Food/housekeeping for the two will depend on whether the OR views your 17 yr old as an adult. The guidelines for 1 adult/1child would be about £250 but for 2 adults it is £387. You should put down the amount you actually spend but I can't see the OR arguing if you put £350.

Cigarettes/alcohol/socialising/presents are not allowable expenses so you would need to fund these out of any available money left over after the allowances.

Whether you can keep the car or not will depend on whether you need it for work. If it is just being used to go the shops, etc. then it is likely the OR will take it. If you need it to get to/from work then you should be able to keep it. If the OR does take it them you would normally be able to purchase it back from them for its' value.

Holidays are not always an allowable expense but you can put £50 down and see if the OR allows it.

When you complete your SOA (the BR forms) put a list of the expenses you are claiming for on this forum and people will be able to advise whether you are claiming too much/too little or have missed anything out.
