Posted - 03 February 2010 : 14:51:19 Be great to have ED - as I always say though - not a right and bank on the 12 months - ED is a BONUS
Hope it happens though... Richard

Posted - 03 February 2010 : 14:24:23 Excellent news m88. I was sent an ED letter on the 10th October 2009 and returned my I & E the same day. I received a letter on the 26th January 2010 (over 15 weeks later) to say that I had been discharged on the 31st December 2009. I was checking the register everyday too and it said bankrupt right up until I received my letter. I didnt realise you had to open the page and look at current status - was great to see ED.
Good luck with you.

Posted - 03 February 2010 : 06:45:31 No, no other reason. ED can take about 6-8 weeks so keep checking the Register. I received an ED but didn't receive a letter confirming the ED from the OR so don't just wait for the letter. My ED didn't show on the Register until 2 weeks after it had happened so they are not in a rush to update the Register for EDs.
